A national NGO that a colleague works with is looking for a solution to manage bursaries given out to underprivileged students. Anyone have any recommendations for existing software, ideally open-source?

The software needs to let candidates apply for a bursary, upload docs and write content etc. From the management side, there needs to be some analytics functionality to ensure that the bursaries don't over index on one specific region, etc.

If you know of an underdeveloped open-source option, I wouldn't mind contributing development time to it to make it up.
