Were the hotkeys designed for both Mac and Windows systems? I'm having a bit of an issue with the hotkeys on a Mac.

The ctrl+up and down are system wide keyboard shortcuts for lion by default.
Also, I would love vim keybindings.

I'm using Chrome and all CTRL + something shortcut don't seem to work. Running Windows 7 here.
