If you live in a GDPR jurisdiction, Facebook has a way for you to look at everything they have on you(and delete it). I had a look when I went in there a few years ago to disable all their collection and they basically know every website you go to.

I am off facebook. I think they are not the bulk of the problem anyways.

You can see something similar with your Google ads profile, but only if you have personalized ads on. (I am sure they still have the profile on you, you just can't view it)
