Hugos documentation ia hard to penetrate when learning how it works. I probably had 6 or 7 fals starts before i 'got' it. Which is a shame, because Hugo is really not that hard and it is very nimble and powerful.

There has been several rounds of discussions on how to improve the docs for newcomers, but as far as I know, it has not been finished.
