I was watching a Russian YouTuber, and I was quite surprised that even after the war in Ukraine kicked off, gasoline prices advertised in Russia are in US Dollars.

Advertised, or were they just converting for their youtube audience? I'd expect it to be more likely after the war started with the increased volatility of the ruble.

Advertised on the signs on the street, I have no idea how it was actually billed.
