Take the video of "building an HTTP REST api". On the one hand it is lighting fast to create something basic. On the other hand it misses so many details... proper error responses that the frontend - presumably there is one - can use, translations, setting up the db, infra, deploy, testing, etc. There is so much more to getting something ready for the real world.

As a learning tool and for one offs AI can be very nice.
