The dems outspent republicans by a billion or so, so 250M didn't do much. If it did, Kamala would've won by a lot. Way more billionaires supported Kamala vs. Trump (83 vs 52).

The point is not how much was raised.

The point is that the person who gave the most -- by far -- is now in a position to unilaterally make major decisions affecting all Americans, and other countries too (USAID).
