It also has an ignore list (e.g. keepass lives there) and a few other niceties which make it one of the first tools I install on a windows box (not very often anymore, granted).

Ditto is unparalleled. Ugly, but unparalleled. I've been using it for ages and every time I use a system without it I feel it's absence.
