We seek a programmer to develop new releases of the Segway (http://noble.gs.washington.edu/proj/segway/) semi-automated genomic annotation software and for working on other computational biology projects.
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computational biology, computer science, electrical engineering, a biological science, statistics, or physics. Expertise in Python and Unix environments. Must be currently located in Toronto.
Preferred qualifications: Experience in computational biology and machine learning research. Expertise in R, C, and C++.
